In addition, 55% of Americans have received their COVID-19 vaccine, which reduces the risk of hospitalization by 95%.

Wash your hands 一 It may seem like a no-brainer, but soaping up and scrubbing your hands for the CDC-recommended 20 seconds can reduce your chance of catching a cold by up to 20% and getting the flu by up to 85%. If you are on the go and soap and water aren’t available, try using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer containing at least 60% of alcohol
